METAL FIBER DUBBING is a synthetic dubbing composed of very fine metallic fibers, like a human hair, and are used to give shine to your artificial flies. The fibers, being metallic, are quite stiff and for this reason they are often mixed with other dubbing. They are tied to the hook in small tufts and can be shaped with a comb. Their shine and iridescence is perfect for making the bodies and tails of your streamers more flashy.
Classic dubbing wax is not recommended for working with this type of product.
